This appointment is ideal for a first timer or a busy person interested in experiencing massage therapy but isn't ready to commit to a full body massage. Includes hot towel and back, neck, and shoulders will be massaged.
Benefits of a back massage are improving sleep, blood circulation, mobility, relieving stress, or back pain, and joints.

The Unwind is my take on Swedish massage. Slow, long flowing movements of light-to-medium pressure. Full body massage with hot towel included. Benefits of The Unwind are improving blood circulation, mobility, relieving stress, or pain on muscles, and joints.
This type of massage is great for first timers, someone that is looking to relax, someone that experiences back pain, and headaches.

The Restore is aromatherapy combined with Swedish massage. It involves layering 8 essential oils along the spine and feet to reduce stress, support a healthy immune system, support healthy inflammatory levels, and promote homeostasis.
This treatment is for you if you have a love for aromas, would like to introduce essential oils into your daily routine, or restore, and rebalance your immune system.

The Lovers is a couples massage workshop for partners that want to introduce massage into their homes and grow their intimacy. I'll be teaching you the basics to massage your partner without having to buy a massage table. Workshop includes written manual, massage oil bottle, and body scrub sample.
